Debug

Provide information about how to access the debug console accessibility help dialog when the debug console or run and debug viewlet is focused. Note that a reload of the window is required for this to take effect.

Description

Controls whether or not the attached screen reader will give some extra information when focused on the Debug Console and some other contexts related to debugging. On my system, settings this to true only gives information on how to open the Accessibility Help.
